In both Writefull for Word (left) and Overleaf (right), click
I don't have an account yet at the bottom of the Writefull sign-in screen.
You will then see our
Create account screen below. Simply enter your email and password to create your account. If you have paid for Writefull Premium, use your payment email address to create your Writefull account. Then, use these details to log in.
In Writefull for Word (left): click
I forgot my password in the Writefull sign-in screen, and enter the email address you are using with Writefull. We will then email you instructions to reset your password.
In Writefull for Overleaf (right): click
I forgot my password in the Writefull sign-in screen, and enter the email address you are using with Writefull. We will then email you with instructions.
You can upgrade to Premium by clicking the
Upgrade to Premium button in the Writefull for Word (left) and Writefull for Overleaf (right) menus. You will be redirected to our website where you can select a pricing plan that suits your needs, and then to the Stripe payment portal where you can purchase your chosen plan.

Click ‘Manage your group’ and add the email addresses of your group.
To import a list of email addresses for a group account, create a CSV file. In this file, enter the list of email addresses, separated by a comma. Then, you can import them to grant each user a seat/Premium account.
Group seats can only be moved once per license, and only after three months.
